I started my cooking journey on a farm in Ireland, and have since worked at a number of ingredient led, hyper-seasonal London restaurants; Quo Vadis, Lorne and The Camberwell Arms.

From small dinner parties, to wedding’s, office breakfasts and lunches, canapé parties and beyond - I can be flexible and bespoke when it comes to my offering.
